What we are looking for Proactive Business Development : You’re a natural at spotting and seizing new opportunities, using both your own leads, including effective outreach channels and those provided by the company. We are looking for someone to put their “own stamp,” on the role. Industry Knowledge : A basic understanding of the printing market including litho, digital and VAS is key. We want someone who sells on value and quality, not just price, with the ability to drive mass customisation and personalisation. Proven track record in this field – or a similar role within the print industry. Exceptional Communicator : Confident presenting, negotiating, and building relationships with a wide range of customers from a diverse audience, including cross functional internal teams. Customer-Centric : You’re passionate about offering the highest levels of customer service, always going above and beyond. Organised and Resilient : A self-starter who thrives under pressure, keeping things on track with a proactive attitude to achieve positive results.
