Newstaff Recruitment Agency is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Marketing Manager on behalf of our client based in Luton.
Part-Time Marketing Manager
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Working Hours: Part Time, approximately 25 hours per week spread across 4 or 5 days. Hybrid working considered.
Salary: From £35, per annum (pro-rata), negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand.
2. Generate new business leads and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
3. Manage and execute the full marketing mix, including digital, print, and event marketing.
4. Understand and effectively market to local communities.
5. Work across two office locations in Luton and Berkhamsted.
6. Attend early morning, lunchtime, or evening events as required.
Essential Requirements:
7. Strong knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix.
8. Previous marketing experience in a professional services and/or partnership environment is desirable.
9. Good understanding of marketing to local communities.
10. Strong IT skills in all major packages.
11. Own transport is required for travel between office locations.
12. Flexibility to attend scheduled events outside of regular working hours.
