* Lead a team of digital marketing specialists to develop channel centres of excellence and drive performance.
* Oversee marketing campaign planning, execution, and optimisation from an acquisition perspective.
* Enable a customer outcome-focused mentality and align on key performance indicators.
* Drive clear accountability for marketing ROIs and cost management.
* Manage relationships with external agencies for timely and high-quality delivery.
* Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimise the customer journey and improve user experience.
* Provide regular reports and presentations to leadership teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer acquisition with a focus on e-commerce and retail environments.
* In-depth knowledge of acquisition channels, strategies, technology, and tools.
* Excellent knowledge of PPC, SEO, Media Planning, Affiliates, and Programmatic.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation and data-driven decision-making abilities.
* Strong project management skills with task prioritisation and multiple project management capabilities.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
