Account Executive's looking to move into a fast paced, rapidly growing Corporate broker - these ones for you!
You’ll join a commercial insurance broking business with back-to-back years of growth. As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with managing an existing and profitable account of Commercial and Corporate Clients.
Account Executive
* Due to growth, the business is seeking an Account Executive in a flagship office, to manage key clients and develop the ever-growing footprint.
* The role is a hybrid of client management and retention alongside strategic business development within target industries such as specialist construction & real estate, engineering, manufacturing & technology, energy & renewables.
* The setup allows the Account Executive to focus on clients and prospects - supported by account handlers, plus regional and national broking/placement colleagues to ensure the proposition is a winning one.
* You will be Hybrid working 2 days in the office, you’ll work with clients paying at least £5,000-£10,000 fee or commission income with the goal to stay in the mid to high Corporate space.
* You’ll be targeted on growth of your book by 10%, with bonus on an increasing trajectory from there.
* A business development team is in place to provide prospect opportunities, leads and appointments.
* You'll have full broking, handling and administrative support as well as award-winning claims and risk management solutions to enhance the proposition.

Rewards
* A base salary of £50,000-£65,000, potentially negotiable for exceptional applicants.
