To utilise department KPI’s to Prioritise production and packing schedules to deliver production goals, identifying and driving opportunities for continuous improvement To act as a professional and trusted advisor to the Head of Operations and site Management team on all production and packing / distribution matters relating to the Livingston site. Any other reasonable request To own the Production & Packing crew guide for your area, ensuring the delivery of required numbers, managing absence and holiday cover within your area in line with company policies & ways of working To liaise with HR & L&D Departments to ensure a robust talent, training and development process is embedded for the Production team on site, including the onboarding of new colleagues Accountable for managing employee relations across your area including absence, conduct and performance, working closely with the HR department to work in line with Sofina people policies Accountable for ensuring the food safety, legality, and quality of finished in your area. Continually challenge and improve systems, processes people, structure, and machinery.
