What we are looking for: The WW Commercialization Skills Team is currently seeking a talented learning professional who is passionate about developing high-impact learning solutions. The Senior Manager role is a home-office based position within PPK or Uxbridge locations, who has the primary job responsibility to effectively consult, develop and selectively execute best-in-class, functionally specific, skills-based learning solutions for Home Office Commercialization within the Marketing, Market Access, and Medical functions (3M roles). This role will help to evolve the strategic vision for learning support for in-market and brand agnostic skills-based training. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing/Talent Excellence Team, Market Access, and Medical Brand Leads to successfully build learning that supports associated business objectives. These solutions aim to empower the six HQ Commercialization Brand Team Lead Roles with the competencies and skills to be successful. Who you will work with: This position reports to the Associate Director, WW Commercialization Home Office Skills, within the Commercialization Learning Centre of Excellence. In this role, the Senior Manager will partner with fellow WW Commercialization Skills team members, Centre of Excellence, and Enterprise Learning to bring an integrated approach to home office skill development. The role will collaborate closely with US/International Commercialization, WW Medical Learning, MAx, Marketing & Talent Excellence and Medical teams to evaluate skills-based training requirements and ensure the successful deployment of these solutions. Primary responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Associate Director on the strategic approach for annual Commercialization Home Office learning needs assessments across the Marketing, Medical and Market Access functions, combining data from learning platforms (e.g., HR platform, Marketing Excellence Sharepoint, and HO Skills Framework) with internal and external data sources to identify skills-based learning requirements - Consult with International Commercialization, WW Medical Learning, Marketing Excellence, Medical Excellence and Market Access teams to agree and prioritize recommendations for new skills-based training solutions applicable to all Commercialization home office skills - Establish strategies for functional skills-based training curricula to address needs, working closely with curriculum pathway teams to develop and execute a solution deployment roadmap and prioritized learning portfolio - Support the design and development of skills-based training solutions to ensure solutions are high-impact, incorporate adult learning principles, and include sustainability plans to reinforce desired skills and behaviors - Partner with the platform Learning Solutions Leads on solutions that require a combination of technology and skills-based training to define ownership of content creation and establish appropriate ways of working across teams - Oversee train-the-trainer (TTT) strategies to ensure internal business partners are upskilled in training content, enabling them to effectively deploy skills-based training solutions inclusive of onboarding - Assess program effectiveness, identify synergies and opportunities to drive efficiencies, and evaluate whether programs should start, stop, or continue, in line with organizational goals and objectives - Work with the cross functional partners to evaluate 'ad-hoc' skills training requests received to determine whether to proceed with requests - Partner with Enterprise Learning and other HR Skill Development teams to leverage and implement centralized learning assets and programs and ensure the functional skills training strategy complements enterprise-wide skills initiatives - Partner with Centre of Excellence LT and WW Commercialization Learning to execute communications strategies and provide support as needed (e.g., presenting at town halls, department meetings etc.) - Stay abreast of external trends for innovative training solutions and skill needs to ensure future readiness of the WW Home Office Commercialization Skills Team - Operate in a complex cross- matrix environment and effectively connect and collaborate with key matrix team members including HR, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance. - Develop frameworks and content with customization guidance for TAs/Markets - Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners as needed.
