2. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

4. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address each student's unique needs.
5. Encourage students in their personal and social growth.
What They're Looking For:
6. Experience working with children with severe autism is a plus.
7. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. A sense of humour and a positive outlook-because we believe in bringing energy and enthusiasm to our work!
Qualifications:
10. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience.
