Are you ready to take your career to the next level as an Amazon Vendor Specialist at a market leading player designing, manufacturing & producing gifts and licensed homeware? They are seeking a talented individual to join their team on a permanent basis, offering a competitive salary ranging from £35,000.00 to £40,000.00. If you're passionate about e-commerce and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! You will manage Amazon vendor relationships and drive operational excellence across all Amazon channels. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising sales, improving customer experience, and enhancing brand presence on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion strategic vendor partnerships and drive growth initiatives
2. Optimise product listings, ensuring visibility and maximising sales potential
3. Proactively identify and exploit new business opportunities on Amazon platforms
4. Manage catalogue and content management, images, pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns, while monitoring sales by analysing data for discounted items
5. SKU and UPC management: descriptions, new item set up, activation/deactivation, attribute and image optimization, inventory and shipment management
6. Monitor product inventory and direct flow of inventory to Amazon Vendor platforms
7. Support Amazon Vendor Central initiatives including creating listings, content management, imagery management, merchandising, display advertising, and search marketing campaigns
8. Contact Amazon to resolve product listing issues and raise cases to retain and grow Vendor account
9. Develop Amazon reporting summaries on their platform (ARA), search term analytics, and competitive benchmarking, making recommendations to drive business KPI, providing daily and monthly sales data reports
10. Proactively identify sales performance issues and resolve them quickly
11. Strong experience with Amazon Brand Management on Amazon Vendor platform, paid marketing (i.e., sponsored brands & products)
12. Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth
13. Understanding and ability to navigate Amazon’s systems to help resolve any Amazon.com issues
14. Execute and aid in continued development of our marketplace strategy for Amazon, eBay, and other third-party marketplaces
Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in managing Amazon vendor relationships and driving sales performance
2. Strong understanding of Amazon's operational processes and best practices
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Certification in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus
3. Proven track record of driving growth in a similar e-commerce role
