Bilingual Spanish / English HR Administrator
We have a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to gain or expand their HR experience. This is a full-time, office based, temporary position to start early December and expected to run for three months. You’ll be working for a leading publisher based in Central London, supporting their HR archiving project.
You primary responsibility will be assisting in sorting, organising, scanning and maintaining the Spanish personnel files of this organisation. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality is a must.
What you will be doing
* Sort and organise physical personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Ensure all personnel files are up-to-date, accurate, and complete. Remove outdated or unnecessary documents.
* Update employee information as necessary in the HR database.
* Scan hardcopy documents and upload
* Organise for the employee files to be shipped and retrieving documents as needed. Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of files.
* Assist in ensuring all personnel files comply with legal standards and company policies.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee information and company data
* As and when required provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, and other clerical tasks.
What we are looking for?
* Bilingual Spanish and English language skills (strong Spanish reading and writing essential)
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources, is an asset.
* Some experience in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel) or Google Tools (Gmail, Sheets and Docs)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong organisational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work unsupervised using initiative
For this role you will be required to work in the office full-time, Monday to Friday and the office is within walking distance of London Bright and Borough stations. It offers an hourly rate of £13.00 – 14.00 per hour plus holiday pay of £1.89-2.04 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. If this role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
