£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted English and Maths GCSE intervention sessions to students
* Create individualised learning plans based on student needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve student understanding and performance
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student challenges and successes
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in English and Maths at GCSE level
* Experience in delivering targeted intervention programmes
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Skills:
* Understanding of GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective classroom management techniques
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor will primarily work with students in a classroom or their home setting.
