The M-SET team are looking for a Systems Engineer to be involved in the transformation of the Systems Engineering workstream. The work required is focused around requirements management, working closely with the M-SET PDA to derive customer and internal requirements, monitor compliance and generate metrics for internal and external reporting as well as assisting with the transition from DOORs to Polarion.

Responsibilities:
* Requirements management of customer and internal requirements.
* Derivation and flow down of requirements to lower levels.
* Requesting and assisting with the compliance reporting from lower levels.
* Reporting compliance and generating metrics for top level internal and external use.
* Migration from DOORs to Polarion tooling.
* Creating and defining new processes to aid in Systems Engineering activities.
Skills - Essential:
* DOORS/Polarion
* Systems Engineering and System Design - ability to write design documentation
* Self-starter - able to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision
* Word, Excel, In-Service Support contracts
* Working with UK Royal Navy & MoD.
* MoD documentation.
* Hardware Design
* Software Design
