Description We are looking for an exceptional HR professional to drive the HR strategy of the trust and deliver outstanding centralised HR services to all our stakeholders. You will be motivational, approachable, strategically creative and an effective communicator with the interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships. Working closely with senior leaders in an energetic and friendly atmosphere where you can expect to be supported and stretched in terms of your personal development, you will manage and deliver a forward thinking, responsive and progressive HR service, contributing to the overall input to maximise outcomes for children. As an HR professional, you too should have a strong love of learning, keeping up to date with developments and statutory changes, equipping yourself and team to deliver exceptional service, that will have a profound and lasting impact. The successful candidate will need to oversee the recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation and training of employees. You will also handle employee relations, benefits, employment laws and regulations. You would be joining our central team based in Bodmin, Cornwall and would travel to our schools across the county as needed.
