About the Role
As a Business Transformation Leader within Barchester Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for driving change and improvement initiatives across our North Division. This involves collaborating with senior leaders, including the Divisional Director and Regional Director, to identify and address operational challenges in our care homes.
Your key objectives will include taking on General Manager responsibilities and obtaining CQC Registered Manager status if required. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement effective solutions to drive business growth and excellence.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute business transformation plans to improve operational efficiency and quality of care.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges.
3. Take on General Manager responsibilities as needed, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Pursue CQC Registered Manager status to enhance your leadership capabilities and contribute to the company's success.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, health insurance, and a generous pension scheme.
