Compliance Lead - 15 Month Secondment OR Fixed Term Contract

The purpose of the Compliance Lead role is to coordinate and manage key compliance activities within the Barnard Castle site.
In this role you will...
* Act at all times in compliance with GMP standards, GSK and Barnard Castle Specific policies and Procedures.
* Act in a safe manner, always (in compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, and all other relevant legislation) and use GSK safety reporting systems to highlight potential hazards.
* Complete and manage compliance-based activities which include:
o Internal Business Monitoring Audits
o Management Monitoring/Process Confirmations
o QMS compliance
o Regulatory compliance
o Medical devices
o Quality Alerts/Bulletins
o QRM
o QRI
o 3rd Party Quality Agreements and internal agreements
o Certificates of Analysis
* Input into key metrics in support of Quality & Compliance monitoring for site and above site review.
* Assist with preparation activities associated with regulatory and 3rd party audits, and the management of these audits.
* Author key SOPs associated with Compliance activities.

* Working in cross-functional teams
* Detailed knowledge of Compliance and Auditing
* Quality-Management Systems within a major pharmaceutical manufacturing site

* Relevant life-sciences degree.
