Summary: Our client is looking for someone with experience in heading up the sales trading function to find and grow new client opportunities. This includes engaging with existing customers as well as completely new clients while maintaining strong customer relations with the existing client base.

Role: Your sales trading experience will enable you to liaise with sales traders and clients, keeping them informed about market movements and ensuring market-making traders are updated on relevant issues with their customers and products.
You will manage a team of Sales Traders who take instructions directly from clients, placing orders, delivering market developments, and exploring new financial ventures. The key priority of the position is to make outgoing sales trading calls to clients, including contacting new clients and those who have not traded for a period to incentivize reactivation.
Skills and Experience:
* A solid and deep knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets
* Experience in developing client relationships and presenting sales ideas
* Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
* The ability to work and make good decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* The drive and ambition to succeed
* Knowledge of MT4 and Salesforce
Benefits: 25 days holiday, increasing by 3 days to a maximum of 28 days, accruing at 1 day per calendar year served for three years.
