What you'll be doing: Developing Managed Services propositions in collaboration with Business Unit leadership and technical teams. Creating commercial models to support MS delivery, working closely with sales and commercial teams. Engaging in sales activities, partnering with Business Development and account leads to grow strategic accounts. Leading client workshops and presentations, demonstrating the value of our MS solutions and capabilities. Driving strategic partnerships to allow innovation, investment, and business growth. Fostering a professional services culture, where teams deliver specialist solutions and drive customer success. Leading risk, compliance, and quality assurance to make sure successful solution delivery. Providing leadership and mentorship, supporting the career growth of employees and managers. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in technical pre-sales, collaborator management, and technology deployments. Shown experience in Solution Architecture, designing and deploying IT-managed services. Strong IT Operations background in system administration, networking, and cloud management. Expertise in Managed Services, SLA management, ITSM (ServiceNow), and service delivery frameworks. Ability to develop and pitch MS solutions aligned to client strategies. Expertise in Cloud infrastructure, cloud migrations, and modern cloud-native application design. Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. It would be great if you had: Knowledge of Open Source software. Experience working within the Defence sector.
