As part of the delivery of the UK MoD Poseidon P-8A Aircraft Support Provider contract, Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a Mil AR Coordinator to conduct Military Airworthiness Reviews and ensure all P-8A Mil AR activities comply with RA4970 series and RAF Air Publications.
The BDUK P-8 Mil AR Coordinator will support the P-8 CAMO Support Service (CAMSS) Lead and will report to the BDUK Fixed Wing Product Support Manager and RAF Poseidon Mil CAM (via Mil AR Manager and DCAM). This role may involve manpower substitution.

Responsibilities:
1. Be part of the BDUK Continuing Airworthiness Management Support Service (CAMSS) Team based at RAF Lossiemouth (Scotland) and the wider Engineering Product Support Team.
2. Participate in the RAF Poseidon MRA1 (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation).
3. Coordinate Mil AR activity, liaising with CAMO Planning and Part 145 Organisations (MMO/AMO) to schedule and execute all Mil ARs.
4. Support the Mil CAMO in completing the Airworthiness Review process in accordance with MRP for all Poseidon Air Systems.
5. Conduct P-8 Mil ARs following MRP RA4970 series, RAF Publications, and Poseidon CAME.
6. Produce reports for all Mil ARs on the Poseidon P8.
7. Trend findings from Mil ARs and raise QORs where necessary.
8. Provide SME advice on airworthiness issues during Mil AR processes.
9. Guide Poseidon Mil CAM, DCAM, FHQ, and DT on Mil AR issues.
10. Support development and improvement of Poseidon CAME and Military Continuing Airworthiness processes.
11. Develop metrics and dashboards for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
12. Assist other BDUK functions supporting Poseidon P-8 Mil CAM's Part M responsibilities.
13. Ensure BDUK CAMSS team compliance with MRP and contribute to approvals.
14. Ensure proper use of BDUK QMS and RAF QMS, supporting audits and corrective actions.
15. Support proper use of BDUK SMS and RAF SMS.
16. Attend relevant Mil CAMO and BDUK Engineering meetings.
17. Support or conduct pre-delivery inspections on E-7 aircraft and produce related reports.
Essential Competencies:
* B737NG approved Type Rating or Poseidon MRA1 Mechanical/Avionic Q course.
* Meet RA4972 experience and qualification requirements.
* Minimum 10 years Continuing Airworthiness experience.
* At least 5 years supervisory experience in B737NG Air System Maintenance.
* Competence to defer Corrective Maintenance, comparable to holding an Authorization.
* Valid CAA Part 66 Category B or C license or equivalent.
