Job summary
We are looking for a talented team administrator to join us in commissioning specialised mental health services.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of the Provider Collaborative teams.
Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the seamless delivery of services across the following areas:
1. For Me Adult Secure - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and Autism
2. HOPE Adult Eating Disorders
3. Thames Valley Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
You should have excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills and be experienced in all aspects of administration. We'll need you to be able to work on your own initiative with competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
Your contribution will directly impact the provision of specialised mental health services, ensuring that individuals in need receive the care and support they deserve.
Main duties of the job
Some of the key duties of this role include:
4. Ensuring all correspondence/reports/papers are professionally and accurately presented and returned to deadlines and in line with SMT assurance framework.
5. Ensuring administration processes and procedures are adhered too.
6. Facilitating good communication systems with the SMT and ensure that information is disseminated appropriately and efficiently.
7. Preparing presentation materials as required.
8. Managing own time and prioritise in providing service to SMT team members.
