To provide support to fellow Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service, helping clients to achieve the aims of their support/care plan. To take an active role in the assessment and management of risk including the operation of physical and situational security measures. To ensure that all medication within the Service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures. To supervise and monitor the behaviour of Clients and to ensure that Clients comply with any statutory order including MAPPA expectations, occupancy agreement or house rules To support the arrival and departure of clients.
