We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a busy manufacturing company based in Doncaster.
We welcome applications from Administrators, Customer Service Administrators, Service Administrators and candidates from an Admin background.
Duties for the Customer Service Administrator include:-
1. Managing customer accounts and providing updates where necessary working within the timescales of customer deadlines.
2. Ensuring all necessary customer record documents, MIS internal systems and any other record system required by customers, are complete to ensure a smooth work process for all areas of the Company and customers.
3. Supporting roles to ensure vehicles arrive on time to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met.
4. Dealing with customer complaints and support requests.
5. Arranging both warranty or chargeable repairs to include on site and off site works.
6. Processing of sales of vehicle accessories, vehicle racking and livery accident damage.
7. Contacting and liaising with customers as and when required.
8. Liaising with third party suppliers as and when needed.
9. Liaising with internal departments.
10. General administrative duties as required.
11. Ad-hoc duties as and when required
What we need from you for the Customer Service Administrator role;
12. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in writing and verbally
13. Leadership skills are preferable
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Accuracy in all tasks
16. Ability to learn technical information quickly.
17. Flexible as the work can be varied.
18. Strong organisational skills.
19. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of programs such as excel preferred.
