Fairfax Meadow is the UK’s favourite foodservice catering butcher and has been putting great meat on the menu for 50 years. Our unrivalled heritage, scale, and expertise allow us to provide great quality meat and excellent service, consistently.
Established in the 1970’s from a small group of local butchers in North London, we have grown to become the leading Catering Butcher in the UK. We’ve invested continually as we’ve evolved to ensure our infrastructure is always leading edge, and we believe we have unrivalled, state-of-the-art production processes and facilities.
Our customers operate in challenging marketplaces, so we continually develop and innovate to help ensure they stay ahead of the game.
Fairfax Meadow is part of the Hilton Foods family.
Hilton Foods is a business built on a passion for food. We have grown from operating in one country with one retailer relationship into an international company that has strong customer partnerships around the world. Over the last 4 years, we have doubled group revenues from £2bn to £4bn - driven by strategic international and category expansion. Today, we operate in 10 countries worldwide, operating our own or joint venture food processing facilities to supply retail and foodservice partners serving over 19 markets. 75% of revenues are now outside the UK, and we have over 7000 diverse colleagues with whom we work around the world.
Our expertise spans food, technology, and services. Our unique multi-category offer includes the food categories of meat, seafood, vegan and vegetarian, and easier meals. We leverage our market-leading technology and supply chain services within our business and with external customers. At Hilton Foods, our purpose is growth and success through partnership and people.
