As EHS Site Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our site operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. You will work closely with the site team to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Salary: £62,500 - £72,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
* Provide training and guidance to site staff on EHS procedures
* Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in a related field (e.g. Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
