You will support children under legal proceedings and those with long-term care plans. By conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and fostering strong relationships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive outcomes for children and families. Key Responsibilities Carry out interventions and direct work with children, young people, and families. Mentor and support colleagues, working toward a Practice Educator qualification. Collaborate with the Leaving Care Service and external partners for long-term Care Plans.About You We are looking for an experienced, qualified, and Social Work England-registered social worker. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to form strength-based relationships with diverse families.
