Job Description
Bookkeeper (Quickbooks):
3. Manage and maintain financial records in Quickbooks software, for 12 serpate companies
4. Carry out reconciliations and produce financial reports
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
6. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial accuracy
7. Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
9. Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) should have:
10. Proficiency in Quickbooks
11. Experience of dealing with high volume transactions for multiple companies
12. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
13. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Strong communication and team-working abilities
15. A relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field
