This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of office operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency in computerised systems, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage. Health & safety compliance and maintaining efficient office procedures will also be key aspects of the role. While experience is preferred, it is not essential as training can be provided. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping Handle incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries as needed Assist with job preparation to support the invoicing team Manage office supplies, placing orders when required Support team members with administrative tasks to promote a collaborative work environment Utilise Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations What We’re Looking For: ✔ Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential ✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks ✔ Proficiency in computerised systems and familiarity with Google Suite applications ✔ Experience with Sage and Excel is advantageous (training can be provided) ✔ Excellent attention to detail and clerical skills ✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about creating an organised and efficient office environment, we’d love to hear from you Apply today
