Apprentice Inclusion Support Assistant
Fixed-term contract for the length of the apprenticeship, part-time position working 32.5 hours per week, term time only including INSET for 39.2 weeks per year.
Salary: £8.50 in the first year of the apprenticeship, after which you will be entitled to the National Minimum Wage for your age.

Under the direction of the SENDCo and teaching staff, the successful candidate will support our students with additional needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will receive dedicated off-the-job time during the working week to reflect on your practice, engage with your course materials, and receive valuable mentoring. Additionally, you will have the chance to shadow and learn from our experienced team of practitioners, gaining insights into effective strategies for supporting students.
