Senior Bid Manager – LondonAre you an experienced Senior Bid Manager? Have you managed a small team? If so, we want to hear from you!Project Centre is hiring for a Senior Bid Manager, to join us on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based in London, attending our office 3 days a week with the occasional travel to our North offices.As a Senior Bid Manager, you will help deliver the pipeline of bid opportunities and be responsible for leading and line managing the Bids team. You will be required to deliver high quality bid responses across the entire bid’s lifecycle, from Bid / No Bid decisions, project managing the full process and capturing learnings. What you will be doing: • Working closely with the technical leads and Senior Leadership team to ensure bids are tailored to the client’s needs• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information• Looking at systems and processes that will continually drive efficiencies and improve the quality of our bid responses• Obtaining feedback on successful and unsuccessful proposals to ensure continuous improvement in the bid process and reviewed with senior management• Review and edit bid content to ensure accuracy and excellence• Conduct market research to gather insights and stay ahead of competitors• Review and improve collateral responses• Accountable for folder and structure management of all opportunities• Ensuring opportunity pipeline is managed effectively on CRM (Dynamics 365) What you will get in return:
