Job Description
Would you like to make a difference to vulnerable people in the local area and top up your income at the same time?
Perhaps you've worked in retail, restaurants, factories, warehouses, as a driver, teaching assistant or you've been a full-time parent. You have transferable skills to bring into your new career in care!
Here at Home Instead we provide support for our clients in their own homes. Duties may include:
* Assisting with trips out of the house
* Assisting with medication needs
* Support with personal care
* Mobility support
* Meal preparation
* Household duties
Whilst you're offering all this support to our clients, here is what we can offer you:
* Guaranteed hours contracts
* Pay rates from £12-£13.50 per hour depending on time of day
* Higher rates with each NVQ level completed
* Double Pay on all bank holidays
* Minimum of 35p per mile
* Paid travel time
* Paid wait time
* All mandatory training paid at £12 per hour
* Access to 24hr employee assistance programme
* Responsive & reliable on-call for any emergencies
* Supportive management that listen to your concerns
* Open door office policy

Qualifications
