Production Engineer
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £36,500 + Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare + Holiday

The Production Engineer will be part of a multi-disciplinary product development team, responsible for taking projects from concept through to manufacturing and product release. You will carry out duties to ensure the effective operation of the Production Engineering department and provide the primary interface between product design and manufacturing. You will provide production support through installation, programming, and maintenance of production equipment and be the first line support for production-related problems.
The company is undergoing a large site modernization project, which will be ongoing for some time, with real investment in equipment, the site, and the staff. This will come with many training and progression opportunities.
You will receive training regarding CAD, medical electronics, acoustics, medical standards, risk management, biocompatibility, and other medical device-related regulations. To be considered, you must have an electronics background and want to develop in a dynamic environment with a strong purpose-driven culture. The role will also provide the potential to work from home on occasion.

The Person:
1. Electronics experience
2. Ability to interpret electronic circuit diagrams and electronic component datasheets
