Main Purpose of the role
As senior PPC executive in the group Acquisition team you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search campaign strategies that efficiently drive commercial growth through new customer acquisition across a variety of markets, primarily out-of-hours and emergency vet appointments.
What You'll do
* Develop and execute a robust paid digital strategy that meets commercial targets and optimises performance and budget.
* Work with the marketing teams to define and deliver paid channel campaigns that deliver their growth plans and objectives.
* Create, develop & implement effective long and short term paid search strategies at the agreed ROAS.
* Build and optimise a robust keyword strategy to meet volume targets but eliminate wasteful spending.
* Take ownership of reporting on campaigns and provide accurate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting, including commentary and recommendations.
* Analyse performance and provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and other facets of paid search.
* Develop and execute paid social (meta) campaigns that meet commercial targets.
* Write compelling ad copy and make creative copy suggestions for localised search.
About You
Agency or in-house experience is required, with a solid track record of results that have delivered business growth.
* Advanced knowledge of PPC (Google & Microsoft) and paid social activity (Meta).
* Strong experience with analytics tools, such as Power BI & GA4.
* Numerically minded with strong Excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data for decision-making and reporting.
* Proven experience in a digital role with solid digital knowledge and ability to achieve KPIs.
* Ambitious and driven to achieve personal and business goals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably speak in front of groups.
* Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping and organisational skills.
* Outstanding relationship management skills to confidently work with various stakeholders, communicating appropriately to different audiences.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise across several projects.
