Customer Service Administration Assistant Foodservice (UK) – Bromley, London Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland. The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland. Applications are invited for the above position based in the Bromley office within the international department. The Role The Customer Service Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting and supporting our International Customer Service team by providing a wide scope of administration duties. With a focus on contributing to the continuous improvements and changes within the department, the role will be responsible for ensuring all international orders are processed accurately and acknowledged within time scales. The role will provide information to queries received, effectively follow up and communicate issues to key departments, and manage any issues they may be raised from customers while ensuring the very highest level of service at all times. The Person The successful person must have previous experience working within a busy office environment as well as knowledge and experience of export procedures and terminology. It is essential that the candidate has a high level of Computer literacy and is proficient in the use of MS Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). The person must be able to work effectively within a team and have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload and responsibilities. The person will be expected to work in a systematic and precise manner with excellent attention to detail. Whilst not essential, being educated to A level or equivalent would be advantageous, as would a qualification in Microsoft Office or relevant computer training.
