Grade 4 Salary £30,630 - £32,931- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment \Opportunity To contribute to quality of life for estate residents by maintaining a safe and secure estate, ensuring that the estate is clean and well maintained. This will assist in preserving the estates assets in a proper manner. Caretakers will visit estates on a daily basis ensuring there is a presence on site, acting as a focal point for information queries and complaints, seeking to report or resolve issues swiftly to the satisfaction of estate residents. ABOUT YOU Along with good communication skills and the ability to consider the differing needs of others and adapt accordingly using appropriate methods of communication. Develops and maintains constructive relationships with tenants, is open to new ideas and takes account of other people’s points of view and ideas. Acts as a role model sets a personal example of good equalities practice at all times, has ability to comply with relevant Health & Safety law and practices. Ability to undertake practical cleaning duties, to work under own initiative, to plan and organise own workload prioritising across a range of tasks and schedules including the need to meet specific targets. To effectively report problems and incidents to appropriate person or organisation, effective communications skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of IT and the use of apps. Physically able to lift/move bulky items and work in all weather conditions.
