• Band 8 - £27,986 plus 17.5% shift allowance rising to £30,995 plus shift allowance after 3 months.

The role
The responsibilities of a Key Master include:
1. To be accountable for the safe movement and secure storage of Meet & Greet customer vehicles, ensuring that this is undertaken in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
2. Interrogate the ParkIt system arrivals data by return date list and calculate the required lanes for the day's arrivals, reviewing the system to ensure that the day's plans continue to be fit for purpose.
3. On a daily / hourly basis monitor and adjust the ParkIt system where necessary to maximise storage capacity.
4. Ensuring that the key operation stays ahead of the operation to ensure contingency for early or late arrivals.
5. Utilise the ParkIt hierarchy to identify which lanes are available and decide which lanes are to be allocated to correspond with the daily returns.
6. Oversee the Meet & Greet arrival and departure lanes and bays, ensuring the optimum utilisation of available parking spaces and flow of vehicle movements.
7. Responsible for ensuring that the key controllers correctly allocate keys to drivers making sure that their movement and correct location are recorded on the ParkIt system, considering the location of the return vehicle to minimise driver journey time.
8. Ensure the effective and efficient use of the ParkIt system for recording and auditing vehicles, keys and lanes and car location.
9. Administer all early returns ensuring the speedy return of the customer vehicle to minimise customer waiting time.
10. Prepare the following day's return keys.
