Our offices are located in central Leeds with easy access to public transport including the train station.
This role will be split between the marketing and administrative teams and duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Marketing Co-ordinator Key tasks:
Day to day management and coordination of bids and marketing material
Supporting the Ridge North offices with key submission and marketing administration
Helping to write and compile bids for tender submissions, coordinating with the Marketing Team, Team Assistants, Partners, and Bid Leaders
Compiling presentations and brochures including graphical material which is easily decipherable
Sharing and gathering office news to communicate internally and externally
Helping to maintain our library of model submissions and project case studies
Administration Assistant Key tasks.
Set up and logging submissions and projects
Production of letters, minutes, reports, and other documents to a high standard
Carry out binding and photocopying as required
Raise invoices, credit notes and accruals and posting onto the system (Workspace)
Organise team and project meetings using the booking system
Archive files and amending the in-house systems once the jobs have been closed
Book travel arrangements as and when required including flights, hotels etc
Experience and skills required
To be considered for this role you should demonstrate / possess / be:
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Experience in the preparation of bids / submissions in the construction industry
Strong time and project management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Working knowledge of social media platforms including creating dynamic and engaging content
A high-level of interpersonal skills and a strong can do attitude is essential
Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail to include proof-reading documents.
Excellent communications skills and confidence interacting with managers and external clients
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a vibrant and thriving office.
IT proficient, InDesign and Open Asset experience would be a plus however training will be provided
