R13 are currently partnering with an insurance specialist in their search for a Claims Team Leader to join their growing team in South Norfolk. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end processes for new claims, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and accurate administration. This is a full-time, permanent role working on a rota basis working between 9am - 7pm Monday – Friday & 9am – 5pm Saturday for a total of 38.5 hours per week, and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience. Promoting to clients and associated parties, demonstrating effective salesmanship. Communicating with clients, responsible parties, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process. Coordinating the delivery of credit hire vehicles from a diverse fleet, ensuring safe and convenient arrangements that meet client needs. Providing general administrative support to the management team. You will have/be: Sound insurance claims experience and a customer service background. Well organised with the ability prioritise and meet deadlines. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
