The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. This role sets up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator exhibits superior customer service at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
2. Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
3. Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of all available lease/bank vehicles.
4. Ensure timely, efficient coordination of transport of all qualified lease/bank vehicles to the auction.
5. Ensure timely, efficient and accurate posting of charges applicable to lease/bank vehicles.
6. Ensure all condition reports are properly processed and sent.
7. Ensure that all condition reports are properly processed and sent to lease/bank clients in a timely, efficient manner.
8. Selling of auction services to dealers.
9. Ensure accurate inventory control. Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
10. Ensure set-up of weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged/Disabled sale.
11. Ensure master run list is run each week and available by noon every Tuesday.
12. Obtain all pertinent floor prices from the various companies being represented.
13. Obtain, organize and file block tickets to match actual sales results.
14. Ensure all printed checks correspond with bills of sales.
15. Ensure all outgoing checks match bills of sales.
16. Ensure sales results are sent as their preferred method to all companies whose vehicles were represented.
17. Ensure proper title documentation is present.
18. Audit all vehicle charges for accuracy prior to sale.
19. Ensure Auction Block Sheet is available for sales representatives with accurate announcements.
20. Ensure disbursement of funds as their preferred method to companies whose vehicles were sold.
21. Work well independently as well as a team player.
22. Assist with ‘if’ bid process to maximize sales result.
23. Assist with month-end reports and audits.
24. Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
25. Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
* Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service-oriented. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Additional Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve.
* Environment: The environment of the Fleet Lease Staff involves working outside of the office. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust.
