Purpose:
To provide leaders and Account Teams with relevant information, analysis, and insight to enable an optimal diagnosis of the situation in each account, recommending appropriate action, monitoring account plans over time, tracking performance, and forecasting return on investment (i.e., sales and activity).
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the data model for DSUK, combining data from different sources (IQVIA, CRM, other market data, etc.) to drive commercial decision-making.
Location:
Hybrid (a minimum of 2 days per week in Head office) with occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
Accountabilities / Measures:
* Lead and maintain effective management information systems and associated reports to monitor market dynamics, track ROI, meet performance objectives, and track performance across DSUK.
* Develop and maintain a clear understanding of DSUK objectives, programs, and KPIs.
* Lead analytical activities supporting commercial priorities such as KPI tracking, management reports, KAM analysis, forecasting, market research, digital analysis, etc.
* Work with stakeholders to monitor, measure, and drive performance against metrics, flagging risks and concerns.
* Develop and maintain dashboards focusing on KPIs and ROI analysis.
* Drive customer analytics to enhance insights and identify changes across key accounts.
* Select and manage relationships with software providers, negotiating costs and service levels.
* Maximize automation of management reporting to focus efforts on interpretation and action.
* Develop methodologies with stakeholders to track ROI of investments in marketing and account projects.
* Liaise with European stakeholders to agree on performance metrics and deliver reports regularly.
Data and Analytics:
Develop expertise in interpreting all data sets, converting data into reports, dashboards, and customer engagement tools. Maintain relationships with data providers, leverage NHS and commercial data, and develop tools for customer engagement. Provide analytics to support account projects and customer engagement.
Decision-Making Models:
Develop models for effective decision-making, maintain expertise in data systems, understand brand plans and NHS structure, and utilize business tools to extract and merge data. Understand UK and European business planning processes.
Market Research:
Conduct ongoing qualitative and quantitative market research to gather customer insights and support campaigns, collaborating with European teams for UK-specific research.
Field Support and Incentives:
Manage field activities, support team motivation, develop customer targeting strategies, and oversee incentive programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional Knowledge:
* Substantial experience in a similar role, including market research and data management.
* Experience working with NHS and commercial datasets.
* Proficiency in Excel, data systems (IQVIA, Qlik), and understanding of UK healthcare market.
* ABPI qualification and full driving license.
