This hands-on role ensures all areas of the manor are impeccably cleaned and presented, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also oversee housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Leadership: Lead and perform housekeeping duties across the manor.
Standards Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards in all guest and public areas.
Supplier Management: Manage relationships with local suppliers and oversee housekeeping supplies.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including risk assessments.
Operational Support: Support housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping management within a luxury or 4-star+ environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to train and motivate a team.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
Commercial Savvy: Experience managing budgets and supplies.
