Autism Support Assistant – Bridlington
Teaching Personnel is looking for a compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Role Overview:
✅ Supporting students with autism to engage in classroom activities
✅ Assisting with social development and emotional regulation
✅ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create an inclusive learning space
✅ Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with children with autism or special educational needs (preferred)
✔️ A patient, empathetic, and supportive nature
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential
