Zest Education is currently seeking Cover Supervisors in Coventry and Warwickshire!
Are you passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational development? Do you have experience in a school setting or related field? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually to school and lessons
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to a high standard
- Manage classroom behavior
- Leave feedback for the classroom teacher
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 days experience working with children or young people OR be a recent University Graduate (in the last 2-3 years)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality lessons
- Passion for the development of young people
- Team player with the ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to manage classroom behavior
