Job Title: Permanent History Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic History Lecturer to join a Further Education College based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality History lessons.
2. Develop and update curriculum materials.
3. Assess student progress through various methods.
4. Provide feedback and support to students.
5. Participate in meetings and professional development.
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
7. Support the college's safeguarding policies.
Qualifications:
8. Degree in History or related field.
9. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
10. Experience teaching History at the FE level.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Commitment to professional development.
Desirable:
13. Experience with e-learning platforms.
14. Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches.
