Front of House Facilities Coordinator Your new company A highly successful commercial real-estate and investment organisation that provides managed office services for its clients. Your new role As the facilities' coordinator, you will be covering the front of house and reception. You'll meet and greet clients and colleagues, manage the reception and helpdesk inbox and raise response work on the system, deal with customer queries, and any other duties that may arise. Supporting regional facilities' manager as needed. You will need to conduct daily safety checks for compliance purposes as well as sign goods onto the site and support the office manager with their duties. This is a temporary position that will require the person to work from the 20th February to the 17th March. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in the front of house would be beneficial. You will need good communication skills. Hours are 8am–5pm and there is parking available on site.
