The vacancy
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Lender Services team. You’ll work between our Financial Services Litigation and Real Estate Teams, to undertake a first-class conveyancing service for the firm’s lender clients.
Our offices are modern, with an onsite subsidised restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. The space is great for collaborative working or to take a well-earned break. If you have a keen eye for detail and are interested in developing your career in Law, we may have what you’re looking for.

We are a career firm, providing access to long-term career opportunities and an environment built on the premise of being “human first”. Put simply, we care as much about your career as you do.
We are featured in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2024 list, and consistently achieve recognition for the quality of our services in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Day to day
The focus of this role is to provide support to the team leader on various day to day tasks, with the prospect to progress your skills and potential to get more involved. This role would be well suited to a proactive and confident law graduate with strong administration skills and high attention to detail. You will be working within a fun and collaborative team who value each other’s support and input.
This work will include completing client matters, such as mortgage repossession sales, property transactions, sales completion, transfer of documentation, liaise with clients and land registry. Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to, the following:
* Provide efficient and clear communication to clients and colleagues, keeping them informed.
* Take conveyancing instructions and prepare contract packs, exchange, and completion paperwork.
* Liaise with solicitors and update transactions.
* Assist and support team members with tasks as needed.
* Adhere to client service agreements and prepare management information.
About you
First and foremost, we are a friendly and welcoming team who look for the same. Therefore, you will ideally be an individual who is open, adaptable and excited by learning new things.
Perhaps you are a law graduate looking to kick-start your career with your first Paralegal role, or an existing Paralegal who is seeking a brand new challenge. Either way, you should have a passion for excellent client-service and naturally take an organised and efficient approach to your work.
Whilst some prior experience as part of a litigation team would be great, we are keen to hear from those who have related work or study experience and can demonstrate an interest in this line of work.
If you have this experience and are keen to develop your career, then we’d strongly encourage you to apply.
