My growing client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Financial Services sector to join their expanding home-based team on a permanent basis due to business growth.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and report key success criteria and measurements for successful project delivery (Cost, Time, and Quality)
* Lead and drive the delivery team, ensuring the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
* Lead or take ownership of project governance, ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their responsibilities in the delivery.
* Foster a culture and attitude that aligns with achieving successful business outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven project management track record in a delivery environment
* Previous experience within a Financial Services or regulated environment is essential
* Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
* Effective and productive stakeholder management, both internally at all levels and with third parties
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams
* Operate effectively in a commercial environment
* PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, or equivalent industry-standard qualification
