We are looking for a Client Services Advisor to join our Core Services & Customer Support team. In this role you will be delivering excellent customer experiences resulting in an efficient and effective service. You will also handle a high volume of online and paper-based applications within the Core Services & Customer Support Team. This role is vital to help support our customers.

What the role involves :
Capturing and validating data for services and products within the required deadlines whilst working to The Kennel Club rules, regulations and in line with the Breeding and Sales of Dogs Welfare Act.
Collating and supplying statistical information relating to any registration associated service, process, or function.
Processing efficiently and accurately online and paper-based fees, ensuring that any applications with incorrect fees are promptly addressed with customers to secure the correct payment.
Delivering excellent customer service through call handling, face-to-face and written communication, whilst promoting relevant services and products advising customers to make informed decisions, and upselling relevant services and products where applicable.
The ideal candidate wil l have:
Experience of delivering a broad range of products and services including sales promotion.
Experience of supporting customers using web related services.
Experience of using bespoke CRM / database systems. Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge
Experience of working to KPIs and deadlines.
Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and complaints.
Ability to interpret and work with rules and regulations (including formal, i.e. GDPR, ISO, PCI)
We are looking for a Client Services Advisor who has excellent time management and organisational skills are a must to succeed in this role, alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given.
An interest and knowledge in the canine world would be useful but not essential as full product training will be given.

Location: Aylesbury/Hybrid (2 days a week in our Aylesbury office)
Salary: £22,914 per annum
