Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be reporting into the Head of People, supporting the central functions of the business. You will support and drive the business internationally to deliver its aims and objectives. You will advise our stakeholders on our people strategy, policies, and processes. You will attract, recruit, align, motivate, reward, and recognise Survitec’s great people.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. You will develop procedures, interpret, and apply policies and advise these daily to our internal stakeholders
2. Build trust within the leadership team to align with the HR strategy and the Company business plan and objectives
3. You will ensure new starts are onboarded in a timely manner
4. Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools within an important area of responsibility to meet business needs
5. Investigate complex business questions using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and enhance these areas to improve engagement and performance
6. Manage complex employee relations cases and handle in a professional manner ensuring adherence to Company policy
7. Contribute to wellbeing and equity and EDI&B initiatives
8. You as the expert, will maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and staying up to date with specialist media

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
9. A third level qualification or master’s in strategic/human resource management
10. Proven experience in a similar role
11. Recruitment, talent management and onboarding experience
12. Experience in facilitating employment engagement, performance management, succession planning
13. Knowledge of the HR life cycle and using HR information systems
14. Experience of managing employee conflict situations professionally
