Are you a new business go-getter with a knack for closing deals? Hire Intelligence is on the hunt for a Senior Account Director to join our rapidly growing product in the recruitment tech space.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in programmatic advertising, ad agencies, or job boards (bonus points if you’re working with healthcare, hospitality & retail clients).
* Has a flair for new business, solution selling and is comfortable pitching/demoing to mid-market to enterprise prospects.
* Is a self-starter who knows how to close deals and isn’t afraid to hustle.
What you’ll do:
* Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR and recruitment leaders, showing them how Hire Intelligence can transform their hiring process.
* Manage your pipeline, work both warm & self generated leads, and deliver against sales targets.
* Represent Hire Intelligence at roundtables, awards & expos like RecFest!
