As National Sales Director for Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across the UK. This exciting opportunity involves leading a national team of sales executives, comprising 15-20 members, to achieve revenue targets exceeding £40 million.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage your leadership skills to effectively manage and develop the national sales team, fostering a culture of proactive engagement and collaboration.
* Nurture existing customer relationships while proactively pursuing new business opportunities in key sectors such as facilities management, healthcare, education, and hospitality.
* Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Retention teams to optimize customer retention strategies and drive business growth.
* Oversee the establishment and management of a robust sales pipeline, secure new business contracts, and improve contract retention rates through data-driven decision making.
* Ensure adherence to commercial processes, utilizing our CRM system, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, coupled with strong engagement and team-building skills.
* Demonstrable success in national-level sales growth and customer account management, showcasing your ability to drive revenue and expand market share.
