Our client has rolled out thousands of IoT devices but now needs to unlock the real value—translating the data into smarter services, stronger systems, and better decisions.
They are looking for a hands on Project Manager / Business Analyst hybrid who can take ownership of this high priority project, ask the right questions, and drive practical delivery across the organisation.
This is less about heavy project frameworks and more about getting stuff done.
🎯 What you’ll be doing:
* Take ownership of a live, high priority project and bring clarity where it’s been missing
* Define how data should be used, reported, and actioned (đź“Š Power BI a bonus!)
* Shape high-level processes across support, service transition, and internal handoffs
* Collaborate with data, digital, contact centre, and asset management teams
* Deliver fast wins while building for longer-term improvement
* Be the connector who thrives on untangling the messy middle
