My client is seeking a Commercial Contract Coordinator to support their Commercial Director in managing the smooth operation of a void maintenance contract. This role is key in coordinating communication between clients and contractors, ensuring works are approved, tracked, and completed efficiently to prepare properties for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with contractors and clients to coordinate works and approvals.
2. Preparing and maintaining commercial and operational spreadsheets.
3. Acting as the primary point of contact for client issues.
4. Processing subcontractor invoices and preparing client applications.
Requirements:
1. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Excel (training available for base knowledge).
3. Experience in social housing or similar sectors.
4. Full UK driving license.
5. Must pass a clean DBS and security check.
